Justin Walker is President of Construction Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) based in Nashville, TN. CEI is a national General Contractor that has specialized in Multifamily construction for over 40 years. Justin is a graduate of Auburn University's Building Science Program. He has over 20 years of construction experience and holds GC licenses in 25 states. Justin provides executive corporate oversight and strategic direction for CEI. He is involved from the pre-construction and estimating of each project through the operations and turnover. His construction and management experience includes Student Housing, HUD financed projects, Mid-Rise, and conventional garden style projects. Justin is an active member of the AGC/ABC organizations and a trusted member of the Industry Advisory Council for the Auburn University Building Science Program.

Mark Lindley is President & Principal of JMark Development & Construction and is responsible for executive leadership and oversight of the firm. He is hands-on involved in every construction project and development and has an extensive background in Ground-Up construction, including Due Diligence, Design and Construction Oversight. His career has spanned nearly 40 years with projects in multiple states and has worked with several large firms such as Nash Phillips/Copus, The Hanover Group, and Asset Plus/Asset Campus.
Mark has a passion for working with many charities especially those that support veterans and homeless youths. He has been married to his wife Lori for 36 years. Together they enjoy traveling, racing their pro trucks, and spending time with their two children and six grandchildren.
Curtis W. Clerkley, Jr., principal of The Clerkley Watkins Group, has a diverse background in architecture and planning. His professional career spans over 35 years, with experience in various architectural and design disciplines, marketing and business development, project management, programming and space planning as well as construction administration.
Curtis graduated from Texas Tech University in 1981 and went to work for Pierce, Goodwin & Alexander. He later joined Steinberg/Wallace and Associates, where he was first exposed to managing multi-family projects. Curtis later helped create the Meloni-Clerkley Partnership, and in 1986, Curtis established The Clerkley Group which transformed into The Clerkley Watkins Group in 2001 when Edward H. Watkins joined the firm as a principal.
